Bosiljka was born in 1977 in Zadar where she lives today. She has Master degree in Biology-ecology study at the Faculty of Science, Zagreb. Her scientific interest is the biology and ecology of the sea, especially the tiny blue fish, where she also received her doctorate degree at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb. For the sea research has been interested since childhood and especially after the diving course at the ZADAR SUB diving school. Intensive exploration of tiny blue fish starts with working as a technologist in the Quality Control Laboratory at “Adria”. She continued her scientific and teaching training at the University of Zadar, participating in teaching and research at the Maritime Department and at the Department of Ecology, Agronomy and Aquaculture.
